About the United States
All orders in the United States are free for delivery currently. (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded for the reason that we have no delivery courier there).
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
About the Europe
Within Europe free delivery is supported for all orders in the delivery countries below, and delivery is not supported in non-saleable regions.

Deeno orders can be shipped to most EU countries (except remote islands and overseas regions).

About Japan
Japan will deliver the goods to your home for free (additional freight may be required for remote islands and some areas). The delivery address is limited to the delivery address designated by the customer (in Japan). Please contact our customer support website before placing an order.
Order Delivery

The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Orders for all products can be delivered separately. All purchases through DEENO official website are performed according to the delivery contract, which means that the risk of loss and ownership of such items will pass to you when they are delivered to the carrier.
Order Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of orders before the products are delivered or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the order is delivered, we can not cancel the order.
Delivery Confirmation and Delivery Tracking
It is essential to fill in correct and complete delivery address. Currently, the order within the United States will be shipped by DEENO with the local warehouse (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded for the reason that we have no delivery courier there).
Within Europe the order will be delivered by DEENO in Germany. And within United States the order will be shipped by DEENO in the United States.If you place the order on www.Deeno.com, you will receive an email from Deeno, which contains shipping information. Please check your email address. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam box and add Deeno to your contact list.
Note: please ensure that all shipping information you provide for us is correct. Once your order is ready for delivery or has been delivered, we can not change the delivery address. If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately to correct the address, and resent the package to you, but additional freight is required. You have to provide telephone number for all orders that we can contact you during the day.
Delivery Courier and Status
When you place the order on DEENO website, you will receive an email for delivery information from DEENO. Please check your email address. If you do not find this email, please check your spam box and add DEENO to your contact list.
Compensation
Deeno.com bears no responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipping. If the order you received is damaged, please contact the carrier for replacement. Please keep all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
