Limited Warranty Policy


DEENO warrants to the original consumers and purchasers that, within the appropriate warranty period defined in the "Warranty Period" below, the DEENO products will not be defective in process and materials under the normal use of consumers, except as specified below.


This Warranty Statement has specified all and exclusive warranty obligations of DEENO. We will not shoulder or authorize anyone to shoulder any other responsibilities related to the sales of our products.


Warranty Period

The warranty period of DEENO power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase by original consumers and purchasers. To determine the starting date of warranty period, the consumer is required to provide his or her sales receipt for initial purchase or other reasonable documentation.


Replacement

DEENO will replace (at DEENO's expense) any DEENO products that can not be operated within the warranty period due to defects in process or materials. The replacement product shall bear the remaining warranty period of the original product.


For original consumers only


The warranty of DEENO products is applicable for original consumers and purchasers only, which can not be transfered to any subsequent owner.


Exclusions


The warranty of DEENO is not applicable for:

  • Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or any other use excluded in the normal consumer use authorized in DEENO's current product literature.
  • Attempt to repair by any personnel other than the authorized agency
  • Any products purchased through online auction house.
  • Battery. Unless you fully charge the battery within 7 days after purchasing the product, and charge it at least every 6 months.

Refund


DEENO provides a 30-day refund guarantee for commodities purchased directly from www.DEENO.com. We believe that you will love your new DEENO product. However, if you are not statisfied with your product for any reasons, please let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we will refund the purchase price in full.


For returns, please contact us at email support@deeno.com during regular business hours. To return your products according to 30-day return policy, please check that:


You purchased the product directly from www.DEENO.com. You have contacted DEENO and started return process within 30 days after the original delivery date. The product is returned with original packaging, including all materials, new or old, with the return authorization number.

Refund Delay or Loss

If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again. If you pay by credit card, we will credit your account once we receive the product. Please allow 7 - 10 days for credit line appear on your credit card bank statement.

Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. And contact your bank. It may take some time to handle before issuing the refund. If you have not received the refund after completing all these operations, please contact use through Customer Service Support Email.

Return and Refund Terms

Please read the following terms carefully. DEENO reserves the right to refuse a replacement or refund if terms are not met. Please note that the return or refund of the following products is not allowed by DEENO:

1.Products whose configuration or brand customized as per your specifications.

2.Products purchased from a third-party retail partner.

Return

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

Please collect the package first if your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Then contact our Support via our E-mail to obtain instructions to return.


How to Return

You will need a return authorization number to return. DEENO does not accept returns without prior authorization and return authorization number. You are allowed to contact us by phone or email to obtain return authorization number form for assistance.

Return Process


  1. Obtain return authorization number:


All returns shall be handled with their own return authorization number. Please contact DEENO through Customer Service Support Email for assistance.

 

  1. Write the return authorization number on the shipping label outside the package.

The return authorization number shall be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package returned to DEENO. Do not write the return authorization number on the shipping case. Our warehouse may not receive packages without return authorization number on the return shipping label.
